The customer service was horrible and they got my order wrong and had an attitude about fixing the things they got wrong.
I went through the drive thru and ordered two birthday cake milkshakes. When I got to the window, it took at least two minutes for someone to take my money, which is fine. But, when I eventually (eventually meaning five minutes later) got my milkshakes they were only filled half-way and blended to where I couldn't even drink them. Not to mention the fact that the staff kept cutting up and laughing while my milkshakes sat on the window ledge waiting to be handed to me.
Zaxbys is good chicken. The service here was sub par my drink was a coke root beer mix but the high schoolers here didn’t seem to care much besides their phones.

This was my first time there. Been to one in South Carolina...I wasn't prepared to experience such behavior from this restaurant. No wonder they barely had customers there.
We used to come here every Wednesday, but this place fell off. They forgot the toast and egg in our Cobb salad. We have 2 children under the age of 2 and it was busy so we didn't kick up a fuss much about it. We're just going to Chick-fil-A from now on
