Seriously love this place. Great atmosphere, great people, and great food. Good place to shoot pool and have a drink and a bite to eat.
Only thing to do here any more is play billiards. They have the dance floor covered now.

If you're looking for a pool hall that never gets too busy, but is also never too slow, then Mickey Milligan's Billiards and Pub is the place for you. With six 9', "DIAMOND" tables, 2 brand new 8' tables, and a fully equipped bar and kitchen, Milligan's dominates the business for competitive and amateur players within the New Bern area. I would have rated 5 stars had Milligan's trained its bartender better; I walked in on my first day there and watched as one woman struggled to pour 3 beers and start a game of pool. Overall, I give it three and a half stars. It's a great place, and I will continue to go for its amenities, but a bar is nothing without its tender. See you on the Felt!
