Not good!!!!! I reserved our room online. They asked what time I would like to check in and I said, 12pm-1m. I said this to give them time, to have my room available, needless to say at 5:30pm my arrival time our room was not ready..... We were then told that it would be an hour and the front guest receptionist, told us it would be another hour and to go on the Deck and have some drinks on her (Michelle). She was very unprofessional. We stood there before we were waited on and we watched her roll her eyes and comment on the staff not being ready, as if she would have done better. This was a No, no for me. I work with a well known company and this is uneceptable. As a company we stick together and try and work things out behind the scenes without the customer knowing that there is a problem. This type of behavior is very bad for business. So we waited an hour, then we were given our room key only to find out we had no towels, and we wanted to freshen up before meeting our party for diner, and this never happened. So we left for dinner. We returned after 9pm. Only to find out we still had no towels. I went down to the front desk to tell them only for her to say "We ran out along time ago and she is the only one here, but she will get it too you"Really.... I am also disappointed in the up keep of the grounds. Just not clean, cigarette butts and leaves meeting you at the front door. This is not the Hilton that I am use to. We have stayed her many times. I also got tired of the kids running and playing on the elevators. There were lots of kids here, maybe a tournament or something going on. My stay has not been good and we are Hilton Honor members. Wow...... enough said.
Better than I expected. My wife wanted to go so we went. The server, Debbie, was very attentive to us. Appetizers came out and the main meal followed. We will be back
Good food, fairly reasonably priced. I got an Outback center cut sirloin, medium, cooked to perfection, and the baked sweet potato was delicious. I do have a problem with the way the broccoli is served with the large stalks left on, they are too tough. I thoroughly enjoyed the skillet salted caramel cookie with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. The wait staff was friendly and helpful.
Everything was Great, except the Bourbon glazed Salmon. It had to much salt & pepper, no glaze & the piece I unfortunately received was overwhelmingly fishy. That being said the Manager Janelle was exceptional. She handled it better than most managers I've seen. She brought me out soup while I waited and made sure my new entree was acceptable. She totally gets 5 stars. Our server Max was also 5 Stars he was pleasant and handled our table of 5 like a pro. For future visits we'll only be asking for him.
Right out of the gate everything was wrong....the breading on the onion did not stay connected. The wings were the only thing that was good. The whole process took too long. The salads were not cold, then the wait again for the main course ...when it finally arrived my steak was not cooked medium rare like I asked for it was more medium to well done, the lobster tail was not cleaned as it should have been and was over done...the wait again was horrible..our waitress knew we were not having a good experience but nothing was done about it. I used to love Outback but my opinion has changed a great deal.l
