Absolutely top customer service. I brought my client here to look for a dress for a wedding. They were very limited, my client is 85, and yet they took so much time and patience and found her the perfect dress. I was totally impressed. I also found a really cool vest that can be used year round and it was half price. We will come back. Seriously best customer service.
Juliette's was one of the first shops we visited while we were in New Bern, considering a move south from Upstate New York. That visit, along with many since, was a very pleasant experience! Juliette and her staff definitely display the "southern hospitality" that we'd heard so much about and all of the merchandise is beautifully displayed; I don't think I've ever left the shop without a bag or two....much to my husband's chagrin! I would highly recommend a visit to Juliette's if you're looking for women's clothing, baby items, Spartina, jewelry, gifts and so much more!!

Ever since the very first time I set foot into Juliette's Boutique I've been welcomed and made to feel at home. The owner is one of the sweetest women I have ever had the pleasure to meet and she is always very attentive to my needs as a customer. Shopping at Juliette's has forever changed my ideals of small town shopping. I know that what ever I buy from there has been carefully selected and tailored to the desires of her loyal customers. The quality of products carried in the store are incredible and the pieces are timeless. I give this an indisputable 5 star rating!
