Not a good experience ,my wedding shoes I bought there were broken before the wedding day!! So sad..
I recently visited The Wedding Shop and hated it. The customer service i received was BEYOND horrible. Granted I did not have an appt but in my case that doesn't apply. When my friend and i walked in we stood up front for about 5-10min before venturing through the store and finally finding someone. The lady was working with a woman trying on wedding dresses so I was more than prepared to wait until she was done. She told me to browse a few dresses and then gave us a few magazine to look through. In the process of waiting about 3 or 4 more people entered the store. As I was looking through the books with my friend the lady came over asking to see the pictures i bought and what i was looking for in a dress. She started helping me only to say she had to go back to helping someone else. After 20-30min of waiting she finally comes over and grabbed the dresses i chose to try on and put them in the dressing room. She calls me over to start trying them on then goes never mind they are still in this dressing. I wait another 10min and finally i get in the room to try on the dresses. I received absolutely NO help from her. My friend helped me in and out of my dresses, laced up the backs, found me heels to put on, helped arrange the dresses on me so i could see them in the mirror and everything. As my friends is doing all this work for me the lady helped everyone else who came in the store after me but never came to help me. At the very end i was on the last dress and liked it very much so my friend had to go ask her for a belt to try on with the dress. We waited til after she helped someone else to grab it. My friend asked her what were those dresses in the back if they were already for someone and she was told those are other dress option that just aren't on the racks. I only found 4 dresses to try out front and i told the lady exactly what i was looking for yet she never offered me to look through those or suggest anything. She saw i really liked the last dress and then was so attentive to helping me pushing the sale on me. Although i really liked the dress i refused to purchase from the store because of the horrible service i received.

Came to find a dress for a military ball. First girl we talked to was very pleasant and showed us where certain sizes were and told us we could look wherever. We went to look in the very back room that has no signs saying customers cannot enter and obviously has dresses for sale hanging all around. We were looking for awhile and the older woman who works there got very angry that we were back there. She was rude to the point that I immediately left. If you don't want customers in a certain part of your store please inform them when they arrive or make it so it is obvious they shouldn't enter that area.
I honestly don't know how anyone has had a bad experience here. This store literally carries every size and color dress you could ever want (I saw sizes 0-26 with more than a dozen options for each size). I just bought my gown for the Marine Ball here. I am not plus size, but I'm very busty and curvy so I was nervous about finding a dress that would fit. I knew my measurements before going into this store, and they were able to tell me what sizes I would fit into based on that. There were more than enough dresses to choose from! The best part is, the ENTIRE STORE is 50% off right now. My $300 dress costed me $150. I bought a matching shawl for $5 and beautiful earrings for $9. The alteration prices are very fair. You get what you pay for! Their shoe selection in limited, but I already have shoes so it was not an issue for me. I love this store because the selection is huge, and the people that work here do not judge you, and let you browse at your own pace. Very satisfied with this experience! STOP THE SEARCH, GO HERE FIRST!
