The workers move incredibly slow. Literally like a snail. Horrible customer service!
I am 24 weeks pregnant and on bedrest trying to not hemorrhage this baby out at a 5% survival rate. For A WHOLE WEEK, OVER a week, I have left I don't know how many voicemails with supervisors and the worker and no one will return my call. What is wrong with you people? My application is going to close before someone even gets back to me, I CAN'T just show up!!!! We are in a crisis with me not working now with no food and medical bills. I am going over someone's head and they are hearing about this, I have been nothing but nice and friendly and I am DONE with you not even attempting to meet me half way.
Dont expect anyone to answer the phone or call you back.
Have called and left voicemails for over a month and a half with no return calls. Left voicemails with supervisors and case workers to no avail. I agree with others, this is horrible service and I am not sure who is in charge but this place needs an overhaul.
Received a call stating my son was being abused in early part of July. It is now October and with the attempt of many phone calls and messages I am still in the dark as in my sons welfare. I can not seem to talk to anyone except the operator and the same excuse is that department is out on training or no ones is available. I pay child support for my son and I cant get the support needed to ensure the safety of my child but your court system wants too take everything from me! Guess I will be driving down to pay a visit too get some answers.
