Then came another girl for a similar issue and I kid you not, before she even sat down, she was called in. I was called in 10 minutes after her. Very very unfair.
I recently moved to N.C. and was dreading going to the DMV because of negative experiences in the past where the staff is unkind and unfriendly. However, the New Bern DMV was a refreshing experience! I was welcomed with a smile and things were explained clearly. The place is small, but organized. When it was my turn, the Examiner Bailey greeted me with a warm smile and pleasant tone. She was helpful, courteous, patient, and professional. I truly appreciate the positive experience and wonderful people like them. Thank you to Examiner Bailey and the team!
Horrible. The workers were very passive aggressive and wouldn't even look at my papers. The lines were three hours just to take a written test, long lines and hot inside.
How does that even work? First come first serve basis~!
John Whalley was awesome!! Moved here from CT and only wish CT could get some customer service lessons from him and actually the whole department. It was a very pleasant experience!
Don't waste your time.. Always unbearablely busy... even pointless to make an appointment.. I went there today.. I had an appointment because it's always really busy and I didn't have the time to wait for 100 people. I walk in and stood there for about 20 minutes before anyone even came over to ask me why I'm here and if I had an appointment.. I was on time... so when he did come over I told him why I'm here... HE GAVE ME A NUMBER TO GET IN LINE.. BEHIND THE OTHERS IN LINE no use making an appointment they give you a number just like everybody else.. Go somewhere else
On November 20th I went in and took a ticket for a license renewal and sat down. 10 minutes after me, came in a girl, for changing her name owing to a wedding. She was called in 10-15 minutes before me????
