I've been to the New Bern office twice this year for different transactions. I was very pleased with the service on both visits. On the second one, I was missing two forms and the guy behind the counter filled the forms out without even asking me about them and just gave them to me to sign. He was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to go on both visits.

Okay, first of all everyone knows when you go to the DMV the likelihood of having all of the papers for your transaction are slim. So plan on two visits. You MUST remember that the people behind the counter are following the rules, they don't make them. We have recently moved here and yes we had to go back twice. ALL of the people were so helpful, especially Nicole. They were kind and made a challenging change as easy as it could have been. So, bring a smile, patience and a kind word. It's amazing what these bring to a busy place of business.
