They opened 2.5 hours late during our last visit because they were cleaning. I feel this should have been done prior to opening time

Great facility! Staff and (especially) policies not so much. Ok if you like having the trash collected and nearby umbrellas taken down while you try and enjoy the last hour. Good too if you like to change before the pool closes instead of after. They should just close at 6:00, THEN do all the chores while people are packing up and changing.
Hours are updated annually, it looks like! The 2016 Summer hours are 12-7 Monday - Saturday and 1-7 on Sunday. Had a great time visiting with family. Lots of options for a range of kid ages, and plenty of seating and shade. Zero entry wading area for the littles, fountains and dump buckets, and regular swimming areas of different depths.
