The only solution I only get from them is always come back in (another 100 dollar charge judt for walking in sometimes with no solution when I walk out) my insurance and I have been trying to work with THE DOCTOR OFFICE for them to fill out a simple form so I don't have to come out of pocket for my meds again and get reimbursed for what I've already had to spend.... but last time I was in there insurance company on the phone trying to figure it out with me the desk clerk named Nichol (on my phone) was very rude to the insurance woman and in the end just handed my phone back to me and said there was nothing she could do..... (mind you I paid them for their services my.monwy bought me to be in worst health)

At this point, I was upset, crying and feeling miserable! The doctor left hurriedly when he saw me get upset, and then the "office manager" entered. She berated me (while I was crying!) for questioning the doctor and told me to stop crying, and when I tried to explain my frustration and why I was upset she brushed me off and told me "not to even go there." Ultimately, my GI specialist (a doctor who is NOT supposed to be providing me urgent care) treated my condition and when I told the office manager that he would be prescribing me the help I needed she snapped at us and said "well why didn't you go to him in the first place?"

Great place to go for care for your entire family. They really bring the Care 2 U

I thought it was obvious that I had simply been following the other doctor's advice, been thrown back and forth between the ER and my PCP, NOBODY had told me to talk to my specialist about it and my GI doctor was APPALLED at how I was treated!

Since moving to New Bern NC from North Charlotte, naturally I was concerned about the health care, through the change. I'm so impressed with the customer service and awesome visits. This team makes my life so much easier. Dr. Lynch and the whole staff is perfect.

My mother had just came home from inpatient Hospice and I needed a doctor to evaluate her for home Hospice and a doctor from there was recommended. I filled out the papers and was not advised of the home charge I was already upset getting things ready for my mother and the doctor and I got into a discussion and basically threw me out and told to me transport my bedridden mother to her primary care doctor. The doctor had no feeling or regard to me or my Hospice mother at all.

For months afterwards, I was without a PCP and kept ending up in the ER due to dehydration related to my GI symptoms. It's taken nearly half a year to recover, physically, from the lack of action from this doctor. But psychologically, I will forever struggle to trust any doctor with my life.

He was rude, unprofessional, and did everything but straight up cuss me out. He wouldn't listen to me when I talked to him about my body. He sent me to the ER because he refused to help me in-office, and the ER sent me back to him saying it was his job to help me! When I returned with the information from the ER, he basically said that he refused to treat me. They also had made me wait for hours until I was the LAST patient of the day before seeing the doctor, so that anything that transpired would not have been seen by other patients. When the doctor finally did see me, he was harsh, rude, told me he didn't want to treat me, talked down to me, and, as I said, did practically everything except straight up cuss me out.

I had a Care2U as my PCP office for about a year, and while they were not unprofessional, they also did not do much to help treat my chronic illnesses or find specialists that could help me. When my the doctor I had been seeing left, I met with their new doctor after I was hospitalized due to dehydration.

Maybe this office is good if you are a "typical" patient, without complex health conditions, but I would never recommend this doctor's office to anybody I love or care about. Additionally, I have read the other reviews here and see that, sadly, I am not the first patient that they have treated with such lack of empathy, but I hope this review will help prevent other people from being treated so terribly by this office in the future.
