Doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't call you back. Let's you run out of painmeds and go through withdraws. They need to seriously get their act together and start caring about their patients. enough is enough!
This office has changed so much in the past 6 months. The current staff is wonderful. Everyone is very helpful and when I walked in they made me feel at home. Great job on the staff changes and I would recommend this office to anyone! Thank you all!
Awesome staff & physicians, you can tell they not only care about the patients, but each other too. The atmosphere in all the offices is wonderful, and the medical care is top notch.
Dr. Kitchen is great, seems to be the only one in this area that truly cares about my health, and trying everything he can to get me back to living a normal pain free life. His staff and nurses are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Your care is only as good as your wallet. How much is you pain worth is all they consider.
Update: after 2.5 years seeing him, We finally were able to get approved for a spinal stimulation trial. He did an amazing job. I'm on day 4 and feel 50% pain free if not more.
