The professionally trained group of providers are instrumental to the appropriate care of their patients. The staff are very knowledgeable in the Neurology field and treat patients with the utmost respect. In addition, the "doctor language " doesn't exist so you can actully understand your treatment plan. Great Group!!

The rude caregivers here didn't list all of my symptoms nor provide advice/feedback after waiting over a month for "results" from a test that looked like a 1990's computer test. The unknown doctor who I never even met made a diagnosis of "anxiety/depression" although I had encephalitis and that is what I told them from the moment I walked into the building. These doctors are trained to hand out medications and NOT to care for their patients. They have no idea what they are doing and do not listen to their patients. I would strongly advise anybody to stay away from this incompetent BUSINESS.
After reading the other reviews I can't believe we are talking about the same place! Never had anything but impeccable care and I've been a pt for over a yr now.
I have had over 50 neurologists since the age of 12 and Dr. Hagardy is by far the worst I have ever had. Her staff is rude and unprofessional, she is inattentive, forgetful, and condescending. I am five days away from my due date and can go into labor at any time. I have been calling for two weeks now to get a refill on my epilepsy medicine and was told three different times that they would take care of it. I have been calling my pharmacy every day since the first time I was told the prescription had been called in and they assured me that no contact had been made from my doctor or doctor’s office whatsoever. I am now down to one single pill that I have to make last for God knows how long because of the office and doctor’s complete incompetence! IF I were to have a seizure while pregnant, it could cause terrible harm to my baby. Apparently they don’t care about that and cannot make the time to send a simple prescription in for a patient! If I could give this office and doctor negative stars, I would!
