My son was seen by Dr Loveless today on an emergency basis. He woke up this morning with swelling in his submandibular gland that became progressively worse as the day wore on. We had him looked at very early in the morning at Onslow Memorial where he had a CT scan done and we were told it was a salivary gland stone that would pass. Discharged with no meds and instructions to follow up with an ENT if he doesn't pass the stone, this momma was not very happy and still felt very unsettled. Carolina East told us to come right over and Dr Loveless examined my son and prescribed antibiotics for a bacterial infection. Thank you to the team at Carolina Easy ENT for your prompt and very attentive care. We were so pleased with your level of professionalism and caring.
Kathryn Sheedy at the front desk is very rude! If it wasn't for having to come here for Audiology tests for my job I would not support this business! I used to work for this office several years ago and the way she speaks to people was not allowed when I was an employee there.
I have been seen by Dr. Loveless a couple of times. I always had problems with my tonsils and infections and I must say Dr Loveless did a great job of removing my tonsils for me! I am so happy to not have to deal with them anymore and staff was very amazing !
Wait times are a bit absured - 30+ minutes at every appointment and doctor isn't as proactive trying to solve my allergy problem. Coming back every 2 months to try another medicine that doesn't work isn't helpful when you have debilitating migraines 24/7.
