The worst doctors office I have ever dealt with!!! Very unprofessional, rude office staff, no compassion for patient care.
I've seen dr held three times and every time was a 2+ hr wait. He was very short with me and rude.
Dr. Mark Held has done surgery on both my neck and back. He is an excellent surgeon who truly cares about healing his patients.
Dr Held did my back surgery in 2009 after 5 years of pain, a ton of medication, and a fear of back surgery of any kind. A few short months later I ran my first 5K! Its 2017 and I still feel fantastic. Dr. Held is the only surgeon I would even consider cutting on my back! Amazing doctor!!!!!
Doctor and partner are very Professional. Take there time with you so you can understand what needs to be done. The staff is great too. Thank you for a really good experience.
